I appreciate the system more visas has. but i am not very happy with excellence team performance. sorry to say, but there is no coordination and synchronization in between the ‘excellence’ team. from the day of orientation, i have been getting this experience. every time different executive attending the call, and there is no concordance in given information regarding the case of all executives. there is no continuation from last enquiry or query. i completely understood that handling huge clientele is might a task for any company, but some customised or personalised attention and tailored information is the basic expectation of any client, especially when the client is giving his career and future in more visas’ hand very trustfully. regards, manndarr
