I want to talk to her again, (dont know her name, but in the message they say its dipika) as i was in the middle of a conversation and the call got disconnected. the next time i called up somebody else picked up, i think deepika was there to help me out, but i had already asked her something, now can i reach her?????

Their is no communication to provide any updates from more visas. the staff do no care to call to find out what we my need or what documents they might need to process.
